What we do

  • If you have questions about eligibility for Social Security/Centrelink benefits or entitlements (including Job Search and Newstart Allowances, Disability payments, Family Allowances, Austudy/Abstudy) we can offer accurate and independent information;

  • If you want to appeal or complain about a Social Security/Centrelink decision (including debts, activity testing, breaches, over-payments, etc) we can act as your advocate or assist you to handle the matter yourself ;

  • If you are a Homeswest or private tenant, or have a consumer issue and want information or help to appeal or complain about decisions, then we can assist;

  • If you have a problem with any Government agency or utility we can help.

If we can't help you directly or you want another service, then we  can provide you with a
referral to another agency and alternative options for assistance to best meet your needs.
